I started Stellar Paws in 2016 because I believed dog walking could be better. Not bigger groups for bigger profits. Smaller groups. Better training. Dogs who actually enjoy their day, not just survive it.
I sit on the General Committee of both APDT Australia and the Pet Professional Guild Australia. I speak at conferences and ran a public education program with Northern Beaches Council in 2025. This shapes how our whole team operates.

We hire for genuine care and patience with dogs. Skills can be taught. The right attitude cannot.
Trained by Our Founder
Every walker completes an in-house program covering body language, group dynamics, and emergency protocols.
Supervised Before Solo
New walkers shadow experienced team members on real walks. Ongoing mentoring, not a single induction day.
Checked and Insured
Every team member undergoes a background check and is fully covered under our public liability insurance.
